    New agency (National Testing Agency) is been appointed by government to conduct all leading entrances in India and same agency will be conducting JEE-Mains too. This will be conducted 2 times in a year. First in January and Second in April. Students have the options to take both or only one. Top score of either of test will be considered for giving ranking.




    JEE ADVANCED

    Students who qualify for JEE Main can write JEE (Advanced). The program provided at Jambagi PU College help students to excel in JEE (Advanced). Excelling in this exam assists students to secure admission in renowned Indian Institutes of Technology . Around 2,00,000 students get qualify to write this exam through IIT-JEE (Mains) and only 25000 (approx) gets seats in IIT or IIIT’s.

    NEET

    The All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is an annual medical entrance examination held in India.. Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi the exam is conducted for seeking admission to BDS and MBBS courses in top medical colleges all over the country.


    Admission Procedure

    A. Eligibility

    1. The admission to the Karnataka 2 year Pre-University course shall be open to candidates who have passed:

    • The Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination or
    • The matriculation Examination of Indian University or any other Examination recognised by the Board as equivalent to the Matriculation Examination for the purpose of Admission to the Two-Year PU course provided that such a candidate is eligible for the admission to university in the state in which the candidates passed the qualifying examinations or
    • The Bengaluru European High School Examination with Physics, Algebra and Geometry


    2. A candidate passing any other examination which is recognised equivalent to S.S.L.C. Examination of Karnataka State must bring a letter of permission from P.U.E. Board Bengaluru at the time of admission to P.U. Course.


    3. Students joining the Karnataka Two Year Pre-University Course after passing S.S.L.C Examination must produce (i) Marks Certificate and (ii) School Leaving Certificate in original together with the true copies of the same for obtaining the enrolment certificate from the Karnataka Board of Pre-University Education, Bengaluru.

    B. Once Fees paid will not be refunded.

    C. The admission to P.U.C. I Year is provisional and it is subject to approval of P.U.E. Board, Bengaluru.

    D. The students who wish to take admission for P.U.C. I Year Science are informed to submit the following documents in order.

    • Dually filled P.U.C. I Year admission form with 2 photos (ID Size)
    • Original Leaving Certificate (LC) of SSLC/CBSE/X.
    • Photocopy of SSLC / X Std. Annual Exam Hall Ticket.
    • Five photocopies of leaving certificate (attested by any gazetted officer).
    • Two photocopy of SSLC / CBSE / X marks card (attested by the gazettes officer).
    • Photocopy of Aadhar Card

    Note:
    1. Original leaving certificate received at the time of admission shall not be returned.
    2. Subjects chosen at the time of admission can not be changed afterwards.
    3. Mere purchase of application form will not confirm the admission to course.



    Procedure for Seeking Admission

    1. The dully filled in application form must be submitted to the college office with the following documents.

    • Attested copy of marks statement of qualifying examination.
    • A copy of category / caste certificate if claiming seat under reservation.


    2. All admission are subject to the approval of P.U. Board.


    3. The list of selected candidates will be notified on the college notice board.

    4. Selected candidates must meet the admission committee with 2 passport size photos and original documents along with 5 photocopies of each of the following.

    • Marks Statement
    • Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
    • Caste / Category certificate (valid for 5 years only).
    • Recent income certificate. (Students whose family annual income is less than 11,000/- will be considered for fee concession).
    • A copy of the Income/ Salary certificate for SC/ST Students.

    5. All admissions are provisional and are subject to the approval of Pre-University Education Board Rules and Discipline.

    6. Fees paid on admission will not be refunded on any account.

    7. Migration Certificate should be submitted in the case of students coming from other states.
